Walmart: ANOTHER Updated Coupon Policy!

uggg…I kinda am dreading this as I type…Walmart updated their coupon policy again….yeah, I said again… You can print the policy HERE.  They’ve not change too much, but there are a few head scratchers in there for me…  This is just a portion of the new policy:
