Life for me the past few years has been…lets just say challenging
We’ve had a Son who was born with Down Syndrome, built a new home, had 2 grand kids, one daughter get married, had the same daughter battle a brain tumor (and be miraculously healed, btw, God is Good!!!), have countless surgeries for our DS son, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, the list goes on and on… Some days I feel like I’m going to have a breakdown, I’m physically and mentally exhausted from the events of the last 4 years, the 3 kids still at home (4, 9 and almost 12) are fighting like cats and dogs, the house looks like a bomb exploded, I didn’t plan a dinner, I haven’t spent time with the Lord, my husband is still working at 8:30, I need a nap… But then I wake up the next morning and find my boys snuggled up in a chair together loving on each other and I’m surrounded by Gods infinite peace, and I think to myself its a new day…this is why I keep going!
A fresh Morning

This is beautiful. Thank you for your amazing witness to giving thanks and praise for all things. I especially needed the reminder today.

Thanks Jeanette, there are many days I forget too, which is so silly when you think about it…When we realize its all in Gods hands and if we ask Him to help and ease our pain he ALWAYS does, even if the trial doesnt end right away, we still always recieve His peace when we ask for it…no strings atached!
